CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE

We are currently hiring full-time employees flexible to work in shifts to step up on the position of “CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE”, and empower the business services team at our Booking Office department.

We are looking for cheerful and positive people with experience from a hotel or travel agency, especially from a booking office. Other similar experiences are also welcome, but it is important that the person is resourceful with good organizational skills.

 

Main responsibilities:

  • Communication with travel agencies and companies as a representative for multiple properties
  • Registration and management of customers
  • Provide exceptional service through managing group bookings, tours, etc.
  • Provide instruction and tutorials about our service to existing customers
  • Managing payments and invoices
  • Participation in development and innovation

Skills required:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English=Familiarity with Software as a Service (SaaS)
  • Previous working experience in a hotel or travel agency will be considered as an advantage
  • Аdapt to learning from a distance
  • Embody a natural enthusiasm for resolving problems and helping people
  • Flexibility for shift work and weekend coverage in order to accommodate the needs of our fast-growing customer base
